This mindful dance practice is a place where you can let go of your thoughts and worries and sink into your body while moving to music. You don't need to know how to dance, you can close your eyes and move as your body wants to while I guide you through practices that take you out of your body mind and into your miraculous body. Welcome to an hour each week of conscious dance where you will leave the room breathing more deeply and feeling more connected to yourself and the world around you. Adults of all genders and body fitness levels are welcome.
