In the Temple of Yin
This month we look into the receptive, creative aspect of our life energy. This is reflected in the capacity to receive, to breathe in, to simply be with ourselves and others, has huge repercussions with how we experience our lives, our relationships and our intimate relationships. It involves being able to receive life, to receive each other, and to receive ourselves as we are moment to moment.
As usual, our month will include:
🌟 The Keynote — an introduction and invocation of the theme of this lesson
🌟 A Live Class — bring your dancing feet, your moving heart and discover the power and poetry of the dance of Yin.
🌟 A Mini Embodiment Practice — 15 minutes to rest in the dance and receive deep Yin medicine.
🌟 A Listening Bowl — for connection, mutual learning and sharing
🌟 An Integration Enquiry — to stir the pot of reflection
