IN THE TEMPLE OF YANG
This month, we explore the vibrant force of yang in The Temple of Yang — the active, outward-moving part of life. In Movement Medicine and in Ya'Acov's teaching this month, yang is celebrated not as something to tame, but as a vital and positive energy that brings clarity, direction, and courage.
When Yang is wounded, it can become brittle, aggressive, or afraid. But to live a dynamically balanced life, we need Yang:
Not to control, but to create.
Not to conquer, but to protect.
Not to burn out, but to burn bright — like a lighthouse, like a hearth, like a warrior of peace.
As usual, this month brings us:
🌟 The Keynote — a 15 min introduction to the theme of this lesson
🌟 A Live Class — 60 mins — bring your dancing feet, your moving heart and let's dance!
🌟 A Mini Embodiment Practice — 15 mins to dance, connect and change your state
🌟 A Listening Bowl — 60 mins of connection, mutual learning and sharing
🌟 An Integration Enquiry — a personal normally written reflection
with love, respect and gratitude,
Ya'Acov and the Hub Team
