Imbolc Tribal Heart Ceremony 2026

Online ceremonies occur eight times a year to align us with the seasons and cycles of the year. These events are a space to let go, dance your socks off and embody your prayers. If you're new to Movement Medicine these ceremonies are a wonderful way to get a feel for what it's all about - Everyone is welcome! Hosted inside the Study Hub, you can purchase a single ticket if you're not a member. Or become a member and take advantage of all the benefits of the Study Hub including all online ceremonies and Study Hub lessons.

Imbolc marks the return of light, a time of new beginnings and renewal 🌱. As the days slowly lengthen and winter’s darkness recedes, we are called to honour the promise of a new cycle — within ourselves and in the world around us.

Please bring with you the intentions and dreams you’ve been consciously or unconsciously cultivating through the darkness of the winter ✨. This ceremony is an opportunity to get to know what is emergent in you with this first promise of the returning light 🌞. Together, we'll dance deep and invite embodied prayer for the weeks and seasons ahead.

As always, we will give time to the dance of all our relations as we bring our dancing awareness, love and prayer to the state of the wider world 🌍. This is a chance to surrender to the spirit of the dance, empty out and call in and strengthen your intentions for the year ahead.

The returning light, Imbolc, invites us to deepen our resilience and to receive the blessing of this first hint of new beginnings for the work ahead ✨💫. We look forward to dancing together in this sacred space.
