A Space of Gentleness for Women
We warmly invite you to a special workshop combining the healing, meditative practice of Movement Medicine with deep relaxation in the soothing sounds of gongs.
When: Friday, May 24th, 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Registration: https://forms.gle/MepzAy98i4hoE1eVA
Do you need a moment of rest in the intensity of daily life?
Are you longing for time to care for yourself?
Do you want to reconnect with what your body loves and what your heart longs for?
Let’s create a magical atmosphere of dance and music in the glow of candlelight – as if dancing under a starry sky.
This is an opportunity to embrace yourself with gentleness through movement and dance, reconnect with your inner resources, and draw strength from what nurtures and supports you.
By nourishing the connection between body, heart, and mind, we will tune into our intuition and inner guidance – into the inner stillness where we can hear so much more.
In the Movement Medicine part, led by Beata, we will move to music from around the world and live instruments: djembe, shakers, rainstick, Peter Hess sound bowls, koshi chimes (4 elements), and shruti box.
After dancing, we will immerse ourselves in a sound journey led by Ania Strzelecka from Nandana Gong, using three gongs – Earth Gong, Wind Gong, and Water Gong – along with shruti box, rainstick, koshi chimes, and Peter Hess sound bowls.
We feel deep gratitude and emotion to be able to create this women’s space again – a circle where each of us brings her unique presence and quality.
There is room here for all your inner landscapes and emotions.
This is a space to discover your own rhythm and voice and to nourish what truly matters to your heart.
Important:
Participation in the gong session is not recommended for those with epilepsy, a pacemaker, or certain stages of pregnancy. If you are pregnant and would like to join, please let us know – Ania will adapt the gong session accordingly.
No prior experience is needed.
This practice is open to both beginners and those continuing their journey with movement, music, and bodywork.
You don’t need any dance skills – just a little curiosity and willingness to take the next step towards yourself, your heart, and your own unique expression through movement and sound.
Through the structure offered by these practices, we gently explore themes present in our lives – allowing us to understand and transform them not only in our minds, but also through deeper connection with the body and heart.
