Fire
Each Study Hub lesson explores a gate from the Movement Medicine Mandala. The Hub's monthly lesson structure is made of weekly practices available for members every Monday. You're welcome to join the Hub anytime and no prior Movement Medicine experience is required. All live content is recorded and available for your convenience.
Illumination and Transformation
A lesson about the element of fire. As yin, the fire calls us close to share our hearts and our stories. As yang, fire is magnificently unpredictable and shows us the medicine of transformation.
Warming us from the inside out, fire deepens our dance, and gives us courage to make who we are more visible.
