PCOS is an invisible burden for many. A body that doesn’t always do what it "should," a mind grappling with the unanswered questions, and a heart that sometimes feels heavy.
PCOS is more than a diagnosis. It’s a story—one that your body carries every day. A story that perhaps has never been fully heard, understood, or seen. Now, you have the opportunity to give that story a voice. Not through words, but through movement. Through the body’s own language—through dance.
In a small, closed group exclusively for women with PCOS, you are invited to reconnect with your body. How has PCOS shaped you? What has it demanded of you? And perhaps most importantly—what has it taught you? Over the course of four evenings, we will explore together the things often left unsaid. We will listen to what your body needs, what your mind believes, and what your heart wants to tell you.
This is a space to meet yourself in a new way. Through dance, community, and sharing, you are invited to connect with something deeper within yourself—to find more acceptance, self-love, and inner motivation to live a good life with PCOS.
About Kaja Koppang:
As a woman living with PCOS myself, I know how isolating it can feel. Many of us have been told it’s "all in our heads," and it’s easy to become disconnected from our own bodies. That certainly happened to me.
I dream that women with PCOS will stop feeling shame or hatred towards their bodies, and instead build a stronger connection through the body, community, and a new collective understanding of what it truly means to live with PCOS. By embracing our unique journeys, I hope we can become catalysts for positive change both in our own lives and in society.
