Immersive Dance will take you on a musical journey for ELEMENTAL RESOURCING. We will dance with the elements of earth, fire, water, wind, and ether; through our bodies, we will connect to our strengths and resources and bring these out through movement.
Through the teachings and tapestry of Movement Medicine®, we will dance our way back into connection with our hearts, return home to our bodies a little bit more, and reintegrate the mind, body, heart and soul intelligence.
The spaces I offer are welcoming and inclusive as possible, but please note this venue is stair only access. I am holding other dances at lift-accessible venues.
This is a space where we meet on the dance floor as we are. There is no requirement to be a ‘Dancer’, we are all dancers of our own lives. There is freedom within my sessions to dance and move how you want to move, whatever you’re feeling...
