Equinox Ceremony

Positive Polarity

The equinox is a time to reflect on balance, not one that is rigid and unmoving but one that is dynamic, ever-changing and full of life. The light of the day and the dark of the night do not work in opposition to one another. Rather, one fluidly becomes the other and it is in those liminal spaces of twilight and dawn when the gates open to what has not yet been imagined.

We live in a time in our human evolution when it seems that polarities are often pitched against one another in conflict rather than seeing themselves as inclusive aspects of a bigger truth. We will work with the dynamic balance of yin and yang and the third space that arises when they dance together.

Our intention for this ceremony is to find refuge in the felt presence of the Great Spirit through the body and heart. This is not only deeply nourishing, but it strengthens our capacity to be of service in the world.
