This workshop offers a space to honour the forgotten ones in our ancestral line, as well as embrace the unseen and shamed parts within ourselves. Through embodied movement, ritual, inquiry and time in Nature we will give voice and prayer to those cast aside, weaving remembrance into healing.
Every family, every community, every era has its Black Sheep. The misfit, the prophet, the healer, the feeler, the foreigner, the differently abled, the genius, the zealot, the whistle-blower, the persecutor and the persecuted. With compassion and courage, we will claim and celebrate our own Black Sheep status, welcoming the silenced, forgotten parts of our selves. We will honor our predecessors, the outcasts and exiled of our family, cultural and spiritual lineages. Held in ritual space, we will remember and reclaim our wholeness as individuals and as a collective.
Our intention is to welcome our whole self—the shiny bits and the shadow—into the light of sacred Circle. We will practice witnessing and being witnessed. No fixing, no problem solving, no guilt and no shame. We embark on a Soul Journey anchored in Grounded Guidance and securely supported in Sacred Space.
Our time together will include
