This Month's Hub Lesson
This month we turn our attention to the ground itself, the living earth beneath our feet. Not just the surface we walk on, but the deep, steady presence that's been holding us all along. We're going to invite a dialogue between your body and the living spirit of the earth, Pachamama. Maybe you'll hear her love, her fierceness, her humour, or something unexpected. Maybe something like: 'Hey human, I have always held you. I always will. And each time you remember me, it's like a drumbeat. You offer me your attention, and I offer you your ground, The same stuff that makes up my mountains, rivers, and forests is flowing in your bones and beating in your heart. You and me, we're made of the same story.'
So lean in. Let yourself be held. No matter how many times you trip, soar, or forget, I'll be here, steady as ever, whispering: you belong.
As usual, our month's lesson includes:
