A Movement Medicine dance and Qigong collaborative workshop with Claire Gilliver and Kate Abolins.
Landing for a day of embodied presence, mystery and play.
We invite you to dive in for the day to explore and attune to our inner landscape and the space between us. Gathering energetic awareness through ancient qigong forms and letting it flow into our natural instinct to dance - supported by incredible music from around the world. As a Qigong and a Movement Medicine teacher we are interested in transitions; we will be offering sessions in our distinct modalities and inviting exploration and play in the spaces between.
£85 - early bird £70 until February 22nd.
Qigong is an ancient eastern exercise art form for health. It promotes healing through mind, body development. Using gentle rhythmical repetitive movements to encourage your Qi and imagination to flow. ‘Entwining’ yourself within nature. Qigong can feel deeply spiritual, energy building physically and always with plenty of room for laughter & joy. Qigong is normally practiced in standing posture.
