This workshop is an invitation to meet the “Dancing Fool” within you —the part of you that is free, playful, and deeply alive.

In Movement Medicine, we work with archetypes such as the Dancing Warrior, Wise Elder, Wounded Healer, and the Fool. Among them, the Fool carries a special medicine:

The courage to step beyond the known and to dance in the freshness of this very moment.

The Fool does not live in the past or the future. It moves with curiosity, spontaneity, and trust in life itself.Through carefully selected music from around the world and guided movement, you will be invited to awaken your body, release mental noise, and reconnect with the vast, open space within you. From this space, we welcome the Dancing Fool to move through us.

Dancing with the Fool brings lightness and joy.It opens new perspectives, softens rigid patterns and offers unexpected ways of seeing yourself and your life.

The dancer within you is already here — waiting for your permission.

Whether you are new to dance or deeply experienced dancer, you are warmly welcome.
We look forward to sharing the dance with you.
