A new Movement Medicine workshop, exploring moving constellations and the theme of inner and outer connectedness through time and space. We will dance with belonging and being ourselves, individuality and inter-connection including my way of integrating the magic and mystery of family constellations in Movement Medicine.
This will include opening the space for ancestral connection and for a ceremony of acknowledging and balancing our energetic relationships with the elements through a deep healing ceremony.
