Body: Your Library of Wisdom
Mon 6 Jul - Mon 27 Jul 2026
6:00 pm (UK Time)
This Study Hub lesson focuses on The Body.

Live Introduction

Each Study Hub lesson explores a gate from the Movement Medicine Mandala. The Hub's monthly lesson structure is made of weekly practices available for members every Monday. You're welcome to join the Hub anytime and no prior Movement Medicine experience is required. All live content is recorded and available for your convenience.

This month we are inviting you to dive deeper into the wisdom of your body, exploring the body as your library of wisdom, your garden, and the land of your dreams. Much of our lived experience is shaped by the simply fact that the body is partially occupied by memory: old strategies, unfinished stories, reflexes that once made sense and now quietly run the show. However, beneath all that - the library of wisdom that your body is made from holds the ground.

This month is an invitation to explore a deeper relationship with the land of your body and to discover some of the deeper, perhaps quieter wisdom that your body wishes to share with you.

new format begins this month

Dear Hubsters, we have begun the new format of introducing the theme of the month through the Live Introduction (recording now available).

The Live introduction was followed by a very fascinating 15-minute Q & A which was not recorded to protect people's privacy. We hope you enjoy this new format.

Long Dance Alterations

Also, because of the Summer Long Dance, this month, the Mini-Embodiment will come out on Monday 13 July and the Live Class will happen post the Long Dance on 20 July at the normal time.
