Weekend Workshop

with Eva Institoris & Kaya T. Sertic

11. & 12.10.2025.

Budapest

Our relationships can become sacred spaces of joy, mutual growth, learning, healing, and support – if we so choose.

We are here to make each other’s journey lighter and more beautiful – or, when needed, to step aside and give space. Deep within, we all long to feel true intimacy, the meeting of open hearts in authentic connection.

The Art of Relating is a weekend workshop that offers a space to deepen your knowledge and understanding of how you connect to others: how do you open, what separates you, what creates blocks, confusion, or misunderstandings – and what brings you closer, into deeper union and intimacy.

The weekend workshop is open to both men and women, and you may choose to work with the relational dynamic that feels most alive for you: friendship, partnership, family bond, or any other form of connection.

In this workshop you can expect:

The keys to deeper connection and true intimacy: methods and practices
Healing limiting patterns in relationships through shadow work
The alchemy of relationships: how our wounds and past experiences can become resources for deeper connection
Movement Medicine ceremony: healing the feminine and masculine lineages, ancestral work
Intimacy meditation
Integration practices: how to choose love over fear

About Kaya:

I am a human being deeply curious about my fellow humans and passionate about living a fulfilled life, aligned with who we truly are and with our purpose. For me, this means using the time we have to do the very best with what we’ve got – including each other.

For many years I have been working as a body-oriented psychotherapist, Movement Medicine teacher and facilitator, as well as a ceremony leader, mentor, and lecturer. I have been leading workshops, ceremonies, trainings, intensive programs, and retreats in Croatia and worldwide.

Through therapeutic, shamanic, and dance practices, initiations, explorations, and personal experience, the essence of my work is to offer possibilities of empowerment, healing, and resourcing – as well as to bring purpose, dignity, and love into the challenges of today’s world.

I have had the honour of learning from many exceptional teachers around the globe, including indigenous teachers of the Americas. My own practice and personal path have always been the solid ground of all my work.

I hope to serve people’s empowerment with love, passion, dedication, healthy challenge, clear direction, and – above all – humour.

About Éva:

I am Éva Institóris, a body-oriented psychotherapist. I run a private practice in Budapest and Zagreb, working with individuals and groups, and I also teach at the Integrative Core Dynamics training in Budapest, where I guide future body-oriented psychotherapists.

For more than fifteen years I have been working with integrative body-oriented psychotherapy, movement and dance, and methods that support the embodiment of feminine and masculine energy, as well as with themes of conscious relating and relational polarity. In recent years I have studied with internationally renowned teachers of intimacy, sexuality, and relational dynamics.

It is my passionate intention and heartfelt commitment to support the healing and flourishing of our relationships through my work and the spaces I create in my programs.
