December's Newsletter

And just like that, we've reached the final newsletter of the year. What a year it has been; so much to grieve, and so much to celebrate too. Our work is focused on becoming more conscious and we will go on working for that in the New Year. May 2025 bring peace, clarity and the opportunity to move on and make progress, both personally and collectively. 

We think of all who have suffered pain and loss this year and as we review the year, our hearts go out to you.

Wherever you may be, we hope you're able to find some peace and joy over the many versions of the Festival of Light at the darkest point of the year.

Please note that the school will be closed from Dec 20 to Jan 6. Feel free to email us as usual - we’ll respond once we're back in the office.

NEWSFLASH

Susannah and Ya'Acov are heading back to Switzerland for "Returning Home” - their classic end of year retreat - made even more special this year as they’ll be joined by their son and daughter in law Reuben and Haein whose beautiful offerings will be threaded through the workshop tapestry.

We are thrilled to highlight the upcoming Movement Medicine bi-lingual (French and English) Apprenticeship with Anne Ena in the beautiful South of France, starting on January 12, 2025. 

Anne Ena says; "It is a great joy to welcome for the second time a group of crazy and committed dancers who dream of embodying the full potential of their life by dancing!”

Each month, our newsletters bring you news of all that Susannah and Ya’Acov are offering in the near future. At the darkest point of the year, we invite you to join us at the beautiful Chlotisberg Residential Centre in Switzerland, to reflect on and digest all that we have lived through in the previous twelve months.

This year, we are delighted to be joined by Reuben Darling Khan and his wife Haein Cho. Reuben will share his Fundamentals of Wellbeing work with us. This will support us all to deepen our vitality and wellbeing through easy-to-apply tools designed to strengthen our core health. And Haein, will be offering early morning yoga (highly recommended), and cacao as part of our ceremony.
