Growing up, I wasn’t much of an athlete, but I always found joy and confidence on the dance floor. Dance was my refuge, my happy place. Discovering conscious dance and Movement Medicine® was a game-changer—a space where I could be wild, free, and completely myself.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand that trauma and life experiences live in the body. That’s why I’ve gradually integrated embodiment and movement into my work as a transpersonal therapist and executive coach, and trained as a Movement Medicine teacher/facilitator.
I aim to create spaces for radically authentic expression—places where people can explore the deep and the playful, the wild and the calm - the full emotional tapestry of their inner world. Sharing the power of dance and movement with others is a privilege, whether it’s helping them process emotions, reconnect with themselves, or just rediscover their groove.
Originally from France, I’ve travelled and danced around the world, embracing diversity in all its vibrant forms. This shines through in my music choices - an eclectic mix of world beats to move and inspire.
My passion for wild nature led me to a close involvement with the Pachamama Alliance, and in 2020, my dream came true to journey to the Amazon. Immersing myself in the forest’s mystery and wisdom only strengthened my commitment to restoring our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the Earth. Inspired by indigenous wisdom and the concept of Tikkun Olam (healing the world), I strive to bring these values into everything I do.
I’m currently training as a Movement Medicine teacher and facilitator (AP 10, PT 6), and I’m excited to share this journey with others.
