Kristy is a professional actress. She has been working with the body, voice, emotions and psyche for 20 years. She combines her experiences from her personal development journey with theatre practice, art therapies and shamanism. She is deeply inspired by the legacy of ancient shamanic cultures.
She believes that each person has a unique purpose. Her mission is to help people see this uniqueness, connect with it and begin to live it. When we listen to the voice of the heart and follow it, we fulfill our mission as human beings on this earth.
Authentic expression with body and voice, creative imagination, repressed emotions and trauma work, rewriting patterns, creating in the quantum field - these are the themes she addresses in her work.
She leads ceremonies, self-discovery and self-development workshops, courses and retreats.
She is a Movement Medicine teacher in training. She has taught shamanism in the Divine Medicine Woman training. She developed the Healing Theatre method, based on her experience with acting, psychotherapeutic, meditation and shamanic techniques. She is the founder of Théaterapia, the first playback theatre group in her country.
With Kristy, you dance freely with ease, she leads you through the dance as if you've known each other for years, even if it's your first time on the course. She creates space for everyone. I never thought dancing with her would change my life. She has taught me to let go of what I don't need, to be authentic, to give thanks for all that comes, even the things we may not like. Dancing with her is not just a movement activity, it's a meditation, a healing, a merging into myself, a connection with other dancers. - Marina Goliatova /yoga teacher/
The wonderful space held by Kristy for self-development is super addictive! It's a wonderful experience to move as the body needs to move and to observe what is happening inside. Kristy is very supportive in creating accompaniments to the classes and offers many tools for inner work, exploring your potential and much more. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for something new, who likes to move, and have a good dance in a nice circle of beautiful people. - Katarina Zvarikova /director of Youth Association/
