Johanna lives in London, U.K. since 1998. She grew up in the mountainous region of Austria and travels often to Europe to see family and clients.
Johanna has a passion to work with fabrics. She studied women tailoring in the early 1990's in Vienna, and soon after switched to curtain and soft furnishing making, opening her own company in London in 2004 with the motto: "Johanna Salm Interiors- I will make them dance".
Dance has always been close to Johanna's heart and when she encountered Movement Medicine® in 2009, she knew deep down that this modality was the missing link in her life. Fascinated by its deep healing properties she embarked on the teachers path and its vigorous studies in 2011.
Led by her sensitivity, Johanna offers a unique blend of room whispering and in depth knowledge of fabrics and colours. Johanna has access to all companies represented in the London Design Centre, the biggest in Europe, and will carefully guide you in co-creating a warm welcome for your home.
Johanna traditionally works 1-1 onsite but is also available through online consultations to discuss your needs. Her consultations may include Movement Medicine® meditations aimed at supporting you with the interior design of your home and the flow and harmony of your energies.
