I offer online and in-person classes, workshops as well as a blend of Co-Active Coaching and Movement Medicine.

I mainly coach coaches going through Co-Active Certification, as well as highly sensitive people in complex professional environments, aiming for a promotion or career change or major life transition. I hold space for my clients to expand ideas, be heard, seen, understood, challenged, validated and celebrated. I illuminate the innate wisdom that only you have to achieve your goals.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I am drawn to transformational experiences like conscious dance, personal growth workshops, spiritual retreats, natural healing and all kinds of travel. I bring 17 years of professional experience in the field of public health and human services management. I am fueled by a Bachelor's degree in Business from The George Washington University, and a Master's degree in Social Welfare (MSW), Management and Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and an Apprentice Facilitator/Teacher with The School of Movement Medicine.
