Elena Zeitline

Elena Zeitline is a Ceramicist and Movement Medicine teacher and facilitator,
She teaches Pottery classes to beginners where she is integrating Movement Medicine tools into pottery and therefore teaching it as an embodiment practice.
She welcomes pottery students in her beautiful studio surrounded by nature and wild life at the foot of the Jura mountains. She also makes ceramic objects and jewellery that she sells under the brand name 'Studio Alchimies'.

She is passionate about emotion, the psyche, and the body. She wants to support people to take time, to slow down, to breathe and feel inside. Being more present in service of self-knowledge, learning to connect to their imagination and inspiration.

Movement Medicine has deepened her acceptance of who she is, nurtured her self-esteem, and helped her come to further peace with her body image. At the heart of her teachings is the desire to pass on the 'kindness activism' she has experienced in MM and provide safe and inclusive spaces for 'every bodies'.
