My name is Beata Rutkowska.
I teach how, through understanding body language and emotions, to find the path to oneself, to authenticity, and to dreams.
I am passionate about creating spaces for authentic encounters with oneself, one's stories, and with others.
I believe that dance and movement have the power to heal, which I have experienced in my own practice and in my work with others.
For several years, I have been leading the development group "The Power of Authenticity" as well as embodied individual sessions.
I support people in the process of personal growth and verbal therapy by offering them the experience of the body’s perspective, feeling, and embodied imagination.
I also work with anyone curious about body-based work and who wants to explore their life issues by incorporating the therapeutic aspects of movement, dance, and bodily presence.
I work as a coach and dance teacher.
I am a graduate of Practical Social Psychology at SWPS University in Warsaw.
I have several years of experience working as a trainer of body language and conscious work with the body (combining the developmental aspect of dance and movement therapy with the Laban/Bartenieff Movement System).
I am a Movement Medicine teacher in training (AP 10, PT 6).
I study at the School of Movement Medicine, created and led by Ya’acov and Susanne Darling Khan, and have been fascinated by this path since my first encounter with it.
I co-create the MoveOn CAMP project – a strengthening retreat space integrating various bodywork paths and offering tools to support life changes.
