Apsara was 3 months pregnant when she received the 5Rhythms teaching from Ya'Acov Darling Khan in 2007. After a 6-year break, she came back to dance with Movement Medicine in Paris, and Ya'Acov’s medicine songs showed her the way to dive into the Summer Long Dance in 2013. Since then, she is following her longing to transmit who she is via the Professional Training.
She is a qualified Movement Medicine Teacher, a mentor for French MM apprentices and a S.I.A.F. certified holistic counselor ("Working with People"). She is also a certified session giver of Tibetan Pulsing (body and energy relaxation from heart pulsation) and a Firewalk instructor.
She is bridging the field of scientific research (polymers) with the quest for the Self since 1998 (Skydancing Tantra, shamanic journeys, Transformational Breath, Who-am-I, Path of Love, vision quest, shaking retreat).
She is offering a space of reconnection to oneself, to one's pulse, to one's resources, with Essence in Movement teaching and individual counseling sessions.
Apsara's guidance is really supportive, with an enveloping energy. She is precise in her inspiring proposals, in connection with the body and the elements.
