Anne Ena is a Movement Medicine qualified teacher, leading the APPRENTICESHIP Movement Medicine in France. Offering PHOENIX and INITIATION retreat.
She's been teaching dance for thirty years, as a healing process, a powerful way to know better ourself and to transform what keep us back from our full being.
The dance she teaches develops a precise knowledge of getting out of trauma of intimacy, how to move beyond shame and victimisation and rediscover the healing power of our sacred sexual energy, and our free and unbroken self.
With her husband Nicolas, also a qualified MM teacher, she co-created "Les 9 Souffles", a school of Dialogue with the Language of the Body.
She is co-author of "les Cartes du Corps": a deck of oracle cards about the body.
Following in the footsteps of Isadora Duncan and Yvonne Berge, she also teaches how to awaken our body's instinctive coordinations, in order to liberate and empower our movement.
She uses all that as a map to bring more poetry, playful exploration of roles into the dance, and ways to embrace our multiple selves and desintentify from them with benevolence and humour.
Some of her favourite themes are Integrity, Community, Phoenix power, Power of Softneness...
