Andrea Rainer

Andrea's passion is movement and connection. She offers embodied movement practice for a deep experience, understanding and fulfillment. Her focused presence supports physical embodiment, inspires moving and awakening, also helps to become clear in your soul and listen deeply to your heart.

In 2004, Andrea began dancing with Susannah and Ya'Acov Darling Khan and started the intensive training program at the School of Movement Medicine. Her enthusiasm is still vital. Guidance to feel the body and allow new insights is part of her strength. She successfully integrates her extensive knowledge with openness, experience, and ability into her work. Her own path led her through many difficult valleys as well as high-peak experiences. Lively relationships are particularly important to her.

Besides dance, yoga gives her the stability and re-connection to work independently with groups of different ages and professions. Andrea has more than 20 years of teaching experience and leads the "Yoga Tools and Practice" training academy, yoga courses and retreats as well as empowerment programs, especially for women, in Tanzania.

Nature, sports, horses (especially her favorite one ;-), traveling and exploring different cultures are all things she loves.
