3Who do you serve with your Movement Medicine work?
I work with a wide variety of people around our beautiful planet. I especially love to dive deep with those looking for soul initiation and a deepening of their whole soul living. I am passionate about encouraging Men to discover the empowering medicine of movement and other shamanic resources. With both men and women I am motivated to support people to discover the power of love and embodied compassion.
4What is the meaning of this work for you?
Wholeness. Healing yes, but wholeness especially. It is about cultivating the courage, resilience, resourcefulness, playfulness, self-care and passion to fully incarnate as a human being. A being that feels the whole spectrum of the human heart. A sensitive being. A being that has the capacity to recognise that we are all healers, we are all artists, we are all dancers. We love, we are loved. We are LOVE.
5Please tell us about two recent precious moments you’ve experienced in your professional Movement Medicine work.
A woman in my Power of Love workshop in Toronto shared that she had discovered for the first time her capacity to love herself - body, heart, mind, spirit and soul. Through embodiment. Through the safety of the container.
A man in the same workshop, who had taken a wild plunge. He shared that he had discovered the possibility of feeling his emotions for the first time in his life.
6Please tell us something about when you recognised that Movement Medicine was going to play an important role in your life.
The moment the school was launched by Susannah and Ya'Acov. I knew that this was my practice. I intuited that they would launch their own school. Movement Medicine opened up my creative healing path in radical ways. It helped me embody the shamanic dreaming that I had previously only experienced in my unguided initiations with psychedelics and MDMA. That it is possible to incarnate my wild imagination in sustainable and empowering ways was an absolute revelation and salvation.
7The thing you find yourself saying most often to your participants
It is all perfectly choreographed. If for no other reason than it is what is happening right now. If you can dance with it you have the chance to move with it and through it. Breathe. It is always an invitation, never an obligation, and sometimes its a 'no-choice' choice.
8If you had 9 words to say anything you wanted to the world, what would they be?
Love, Love, Love until there is nothing else left.
