After a two-year hiatus due to a back injury and surgery last December, I am ready to return to offering Movement Medicine again. To relaunch I am offering an Immersive Dance for charity on Saturday 14th December 2:00 - 4:30 pm at YAMA Studios in Dennistoun. We will be raising money for Homeless Project Scotland. Homeless Project Scotland is a homeless charity run entirely by volunteers all across Scotland. They offer a safe haven for those experiencing homelessness and work collaboratively with them and their partners to help break the cycle of homelessness.
