Death as a teacher, death as an ally, benevolent death as one of the most sacred and powerful gateways we can dance while we live. This is a unique opportunity to resource our lives and come back into contact with what deeply matters to us in our hearts by meeting this extraordinary teacher that is death. It can be deeply empowering, it can open our hearts and actually very enlivening.
As we approach Samhain we meet death in a very held and grounded way. We dance in ceremony to access the incredible resources of Movement Medicine to be present in body, heart and mind so we can really harvest the goodness of this fruitful meeting with death.
