Life is experienced through the body. But most people experience the world only through the lens of thought and miss most of the opportunities to feel it through the senses of the body."

Tara Brach, psychologist and mindfulness teacher

Movement Medicine is a dance that allows us to experience ourselves and the world through movement generated by the body.

Become aware of your breath.

Feel the sensations in the soles of your feet.

Feel the wind on your skin.

And listen to the voice you hear from your body.

Then...

The daily tension of time and stress will loosen and a space will be created inside where you can feel your own natural rhythm.

It gives you a sense of being grounded in a world that is changing so much, and reminds you of your joy, strength and connection, no matter what is happening around you

It supports you through the times when you are feeling overwhelmed.

And this is simply a time to feel the joy of moving freely in the body.

It is also a dance from which to connect with others and communicate beyond words.

No one else dances like you.

You will ignite a unique dance that only you can create.

Everyone is welcome!

Even if you've never danced before, young and old, male and female.

Music and words guide you so that your body moves naturally.

We all are dancers.
