An autumn journey to immerse in the extraordinary power of dancing and explore how we use conscious movement practice as a resource for living and connecting.
This will be a fortnightly in-person closed group held in Dartington, South Devon, with extra DJ mixes, guided meditations and other resources provided for integrative practices at home.
The invitation is open to anyone who wants to dance and use movement as meditation and medicine. Come and explore with a group of other committed dancers.
