The Way of the Dancer is a journey into the extraordinary power of dancing, and how we can use movement as an ecstatic meditation for everyday life.
This workshop is an invitation to (re)awaken the dancer that you are, working and playing with core 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine practice. A day to plug-in to the dance, explore the fundamentals of movement practice and connect as a group of dancing human beings.
