The Phoenix Process, developed by Ya’Acov and Susannah Darling Khan, is a trauma aware soul retrieval practice designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self. It supports a shift away from ego based protective patterns and toward the deeper resilience, wisdom, and vitality that already exist within you.
Through a guided sequence of steps, the process helps transform past wounds into present moment awareness. It sees every experience as holding the potential for growth, encouraging greater resilience, creativity, and a stronger connection to what truly matters in your life, so you can engage more fully and meaningfully with the world around you.
Throughout this four week intensive, you will explore what we call your “creation story”, the inherited and lived narrative that shapes your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and life itself. This embodied story influences how you move through the world, connect with others, and participate in the unfolding dance of existence.
Within these stories are the “understudies”, the protective roles and identities we have developed over time. In the theatre, an understudy steps in when the leading actor is unable to perform. In life, these understudies often continue performing long after they are needed, forgetting that they were only ever meant to hold the stage while the true self waited quietly in the wings.
Ya'Acov and his team are looking forward to travelling alongside you for this month of study. The online version fo the Phoenix is an excellent way to learn this powerful tool for life in the comfort of your own home, supported by live sessions, small group circles and your 'study buddy.'
