Online ceremonies occur eight times a year to align us with the seasons and cycles of the year. These events are a space to let go, dance your socks off and embody your prayers. If you're new to Movement Medicine these ceremonies are a wonderful way to get a feel for what it's all about - Everyone is welcome! Hosted inside the Study Hub, you can purchase a single ticket if you're not a member. The Movement Medicine Lammas Tribal Heart Ceremony will focus on honouring the traditional harvest festival of Lammas. There is a lot to dance for, to grieve, and yes, also to celebrate. That's what ceremony is for. We bring ourselves to the dance, and we let go step by step through clear guidance and great music. Emptying out, we can drink in the goodness of the season and resource ourselves to return to our day-to-day strengthened, nourished and with more space and resilience to dance with what life is asking of us.

We invite you to take your place in this global village and be part of creating a powerful collective energy that fosters deep connections and embodied prayer aligned with the season. Come as you are and let's lift up an almighty prayer together.
