The workshop will focus on the core practice of Movement Medicine - Awakening the Dancer, Dance with the Elements and Dance with the Tree of Life.
At this time when nature is still asleep, but the seeds are beginning to sprout, we delve into the mystery called man on planet earth.
In this workshop we will discover:
What it means to be a dancer and what it means to dance through life.
How to dance our dreams and bring into consciousness what we do many times unconsciously. What we do all the time - we manifest. And start doing it differently!
How to use the power of imagination and how creative imagination works.
How to listen to the body, which is intelligent and which guides us constantly.
How to listen to it and perceive the messages of our higher self that communicates through the language of symbols.
How to distinguish what are the desires of the ego and what is the path of the soul. To relax into the trust that what is ready for me will find me.
Imbolc is the festival of light. Slowly, nature is beginning to wake up, even if it is not visible on the outside. In the same way, if we are in tune with the rhythm of nature, activity begins to awaken in us after the long winter rest - dreaming. This weekend we will ignite the inner spark and give strength to our dreams. Which dream do we carry within us like a seed we want to plant? During the dance we will connect with that dream and activate it.
We will learn:
How to awaken in the present through movement
How to stay awake and anchor ourselves in the feeling of aliveness through the experience of the ecstatic state in dance.
How to learn to really feel the impulses and signals the body is sending.
How to take care of yourself when emotions and thoughts come into play
How to unravel emotions, feelings and thoughts through the body. The body communicates the messages of our higher self and guides us.
How to get the imaginary language of the soul into the body and into expression through movement.
How to reconnect to intuition and creative imagination and take the necessary steps in alignment with where life is taking us
