Offrire il proprio cuore al Cacao Sacro è un gesto antico, è una medicina della foresta ricca e terrosa ed il suo profumo ricorda l’abbraccio amorevole di una nonna. Quando ci sintonizziamo con rispetto e chiara intenzione, si apre una sottile e potente alchimia dorata. Il Cacao può espandere il nostro cuore, rafforzare la connessione con la natura, affinare l’intuizione e avvicinarci a quelle guide invisibili che ci accompagnano nel cammino.

Come Guardiana del Cacao Venezuelano da oltre 8 anni, guiderò questo viaggio con cura e dedizione, intrecciando il rituale con la profondità della Movement Medicine®. È un invito a lasciarsi trasformare dalla danza, dal respiro e dall’intenzione, ritrovando nel corpo e nel cuore un luogo di autentica appartenenza.
I rituali di Cacao che offro sono condotti con chiara intenzione, etica e rispetto, creando effetti spirituali ed emotivi che toccano profondamente il cuore.
Apriremo il cerchio con condivisioni, momenti di quiete e purificazione energetica. Dopo aver bevuto il Cacao, sarete guidati in meditazione per connettervi alla saggezza interiore e al cuore.
Seguirà una danza radicata nel corpo e nello spirito, per integrare il viaggio e concluderemo con un cerchio di condivisione, accogliendo ciò che è emerso.
Durante la cerimonia, ci prenderemo il tempo per rallentare e connetterci pienamente, lasciando entrare la magia. Attraverso il movimento, la danza e il Cacao, ci apriamo all’ascolto di noi stessi e degli altri.

A warm, enveloping cup of Sacred Ceremonial Cacao in your hands. Its gentle support. Each in their own space, yet together, sitting in a circle protected by the four elements.
We open the heart, let go of the mind, and move the body with presence and listening. The dance, rooted in the practice of Movement Medicine, brings us to the center of ourselves, creating a safe space where the heart can awaken in its strength and tenderness, blooming together in this Cacao Ceremony.
Offering the heart to Sacred Cacao is an ancient gesture, a medicine of the forest rich and earthy, its scent reminiscent of the loving embrace of a grandmother. When we tune in with respect and clear intention, a subtle and powerful golden alchemy opens. Cacao can expand our hearts, strengthen our connection with nature, refine intuition, and bring us closer to the invisible guides that accompany us on our journey.

How do I guide your journey?
As a Venezuelan Cacao Guardian for over 8 years, I will guide this journey with care and dedication, intertwining the ritual with the depth of Movement Medicine®. It’s an invitation to be transformed by dance, breath, and intention, rediscovering in the body and heart a place of true belonging.
The Cacao rituals I offer are conducted with clear intention, ethics, and respect, creating spiritual and emotional effects that deeply touch the heart.
We will open the circle with sharing, moments of quiet, and energy purification. After drinking the Cacao, you will be guided into meditation to connect with inner wisdom and the heart.
A dance rooted in body and spirit will follow, to integrate the journey, and we will close with a sharing circle, welcoming what has emerged.
During the ceremony, we will take time to slow down and fully connect, allowing the magic to enter. Through movement, dance, and Cacao, we open ourselves to listening to ourselves and to others.
You will always be encouraged to follow the intuition of your body: you may feel the need to move or remain still, drink or not, explore or simply be. Every journey is unique and perfect as it is.
In these times of uncertainty and closures, the heart whispers strongly that the true journey and true freedom are within us… without limits.
