Welcome all dancer!
We dance to regulate our nervous systems, to facilitate the release of held patterns in the mind and body, discovering our strengths and resources, exploring what it is to dance in a supportive community. Dancing re-connects us to a deeper, wiser part of ourselves that helps us to live a more full and authentic life. We do all this whilst having a good boogie!
