Wildlife workshop

Come and dance into your wild life! This workshop is designed to help discover the power of your emotional instincts to empower your life. We will do this through intentional movement practice; a potent and joyful way to learn new patterns in life. Our emotions are part of our mammalian heritage, they all have important functions, including fear.As Temple Gardin says; "a wild animal without fear is a dead animal!"

Wild Life teaches you how to let your feelings awaken rather than overwhelm you, supporting you in being a full hearted, strong and conscious human being.

This work offers a subtle and delightful approach to the mysteries of healing the heart; it integrates recent research into brain function and animal behaviour with the wisdom of kinaesthetic intelligence. It's great fun, and can make a profound difference to your life.

In Wild Life Susannah draws on her original training in Gestalt Psychotherapy, recent research into brain function and animal behaviour, her own background of working with animals, and her experience of teaching Heartbeat since 1991.
Prerequisites: Some Movement medicine or related practice.
