The Oasis Retreat
yearly intensive
Holy Actor

In the same way as we know how important it is to service the car before winter hits, it is equally important to find time in our busy lives to take care of ourselves, detox the body, heart and mind, and re-align ourselves with the purpose and highest possibilities that we are capable of manifesting in this lifetime. As the autumn reaches its full glory, we will get together for a 'soul service' at the beautiful Rill Centre in South Devon.

This retreat will provide an oasis from everyday life to recharge, reinvigorate and recreate you so that you can return to life refreshed and ready to continue the adventure. Through Movement Medicine, massage, yoga, and a clean diet, we will gently cleanse the body, heart and mind in preparation for the Winter ahead. We will be guided in our diet by a Professional Nutritionist who will also make suggestions before you arrive for you to prepare for the physical detox your body will go through and suggestions for how to continue a healthy life-style. The course will include:
• Movement Medicine grounded in 5Rhythms® Ecstatic Dance each day
• Yoga for all levels with an experienced teacher
• Inspiring morning meditation walks each day and a Ceremonial Sweat lodge
• Time to take a life review and focus on clear intentions for the months ahead
• Delicious and nutritious Detox Diet with local, organic produce where possible
The course is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.
