This retreat will provide an oasis from everyday life to recharge,
reinvigorate and recreate you so that you can return to life refreshed
and ready to continue the adventure. Through Movement Medicine, massage, yoga, and a clean diet, we will gently cleanse the body, heart and mind in preparation for the Winter ahead. We will be guided in our diet by a Professional Nutritionist who will also make suggestions before you arrive for you to prepare for the physical detox your body will go through and suggestions for how to continue a healthy life-style. The course will include:
